Prizes valued at $5,000 or more are subject to 25%
withholding tax, paid to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Price of this ticket is not tax deductible. Prizes are
non-transferable, and no substitutions on any prizes (except
that the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and/or Toyota Motor
sales, U.S.A., Inc. reserve the right to substitute prizes
of equal or greater value.) No conversion to cash privilege.
Winner is responsible for taxes, license, title,
registration and/or similar fees associated with receiving
the prize.
Compensated employees of the Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation and Toyota Motor Sales, Inc., any authorized
Toyota dealer, any of the aforementioned entities’
advertising agencies, or any of the aforementioned entities’
affiliates or subsidiaries, nor their immediate family,
within the same household are not eligible. Only official
opportunity drawing tickets will be drawn. No facsimiles
permitted. Void were prohibited or restricted by law. All
federal, state and local laws/regulations apply. Winner must
be 18 years of age, a U.S. resident, currently licensed to
operate an automobile and must present evidence of adequate
insurance before vehicle delivery. Winner shall be required
to execute and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and
liability/publicity release and return affidavit to CFF
within fourteen (14) days or an alternative winner shall be
selected. If the winner fails to claim the prize during the
allotted time, an alternative drawing will be held at the
CFF Los Angeles Office. The donated vehicle shall only be
delivered in the continental United States. If the winner
lives within a reasonable distance of TMS’s Torrance,
California headquarters’ offices, the winner shall execute
the necessary paperwork to take delivery of the donated
vehicle at TMS’s principal place of business. Otherwise, TMS
shall use reasonable efforts to have the vehicle delivered
to an authorized Toyota dealership close to the winner’s
primary residence in the continental United States. TMS
shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the
donated vehicle and delivery is subject to availability.
TMS, however, shall use all reasonable efforts to deliver
the vehicle within one hundred and eighty (180) days after
receipt of the aforementioned items/information. The winner
shall bear all risk of loss/damage to vehicle after
delivered to the specified site.
